Brisbane: Make your own gift packaging

Image from How About Orange

We're gearing up big time for a handmade Christmas! At our next meet up we'll be making sweet boxes and bags for Christmas gifting (or for those of you having stalls at all the pre-Christmas markets these bags would be perfect!!)

Date: Thursday 8 November, 2012
Time: 6-8pm
Where: Wynnum Library, 66 Bay Tce, Wynnum Central

What to bring:
- Upcycled is always best in our books so bring along some old paper or any type of plain or patterned card you have, you could use anything, junk mail, magazines, newspaper, cereal boxes, the list is endless!
- Scissors and glue
- A ruler
- String or twine
- As always if you're unable to bring any of these things we will have some bits and pieces available on the day.

If packaging isn't your thing that's no problem, as always you can bring along your own craft to work on :)
RSVP as soon as you can by emailing brisbanebrownowls@gmail.com.
See you then!
P.S. Missed out on rubber stamp making or embroidered cards? We'll have the gear with us at this meet up, check out this post for what to bring for rubber stamps  http://brownowls-members.blogspot.com.au/2012/09/brisbane-rubber-stamp-making.html
